This property is beautiful. Beach on one side, jungle on the other. I love falling asleep at night to the sound of the waves. The master bathroom is a real treat - shower in nature! The property was fully equipped with lots of current DVD’s which came in hand on the cloudy days. Eating breakfast on the patio was a great start to the day. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. We hired them to cook one night and what a treat. There are no peddlers on the beach pushing goods. The local town people are kind and eager to please. The snorkeling is great. The Beaches are white, clean, and so peaceful. This is my new found paradise and I can not wait to return.

We spent New Years week 2008/2009 at this beautiful condo in Akumal. The view is amazing, location fabulous and the condo is so beautiful. Our family loved every minute of our time there. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed for a great vacation. It was very clean with nice furniture. We would recommend this condo to our friends and plan to return ourselves. It really is a 5 star property.

Akumal Penthouse - wow - absolutely beautiful!

We have stayed at this beautiful penthouse at Mi Casa del Mar for 2 years in a row. We now wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else in Mexico.
Akumal is wonderful - quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Staying at this gorgeous unit has been the icing on the cake for us.
The unit is equipped with everything you could possibly want/need, it's well-kept, extremely spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The views from the various levels are breathtaking (including the views from the pool).
Pam and Rich are the nicest people, and working with them the past 2 years has sincerely been our pleasure.
We would highly recommend staying at their penthouse in Akumal!

I have just booked my third stay at this property in Akumal. It is a perfect setting for a small group, 3 couples or a family. The condo is beautiful, well maintained, fully equipped and more than worth the rental fee. The rooms, pool, ocean view and uniqueness of this place is indescribable. The perfect place for a quiet getaway vacation. We enjoyed the local food, snorkeling and low key feel of this village. I would and have recommended this to friends and family. I am hesitant to let out the secret!
